Didn't do the full 10 mi I wanted today, but I'm happy because I've been REALLY needing to work on some fast running; I feel like I've been losing a gear or two on the faster end, so today was very good. Kept it short also because I'm feeling sick. Very good run, though, and good day overall. Slept 11 hours today.
