ran very well today. found out i made varsity!! set a new xc AND overall PR. my road pr is 21:28. very happy. im still recovering from last weeks mileage so i was assuming this would be a slower race but i ran very well and im hoping that this weekends race (shark shuffle 5k) will get me a huge road and overall pr. im starting to think this breakthrough ive been waiting about 2 years for is finally beginning to come to fruition.
