Good run today. Lots of people on the track tonight. Ran without shoes on for about 3 mi. and also ran the track clockwise the whole time to take some of the pressure off of my left leg for once; give it a little break. Feeling good. Still being very very cautious of a stress fracture in my left left leg. I'm sure it isn't a stress fracture, but you can never be too sure. Threw in a couple 100m/200m strides and finished with a 15 sec. 100m.
