Notes

First 10 miler tonight. Actually felt surprisingly good for the whole run. I need to stop drinking so much right beforehand though because the water sloshed around in my stomach for the whole run, which was slightly unpleasant. Otherwise, great run. Also added in a couple of 15-30 sec surges too.
