Cold, snowy, and windy today, but I was actually a tad overdressed. 10 minutes easy, then 3x 30:30 + 3x 60:60 + 3x 90:90 + 3x 60:60 + 3x 30:30. Pretty tough workout considering almost all of it was into a headwind. Last few reps were ok because I was finally with the wind.
