Felt pretty good on the warmup but took a while to find a groove once I started running fast. Realistically thought I could run 6:05 pace for the first 3 miles and 5:55 for the next 3, but the paces weren't quite there. The third mile in the first set felt the best, though, even though it was the fastest. Either my fitness isn't quite where I had expected, or I'm still tired from Sunday. Regardless, this was a good workout and it felt tough but not all-out.
