Nice easy run to stretch out the legs after a long weekend of taking care of the kids and not running while Ashlie worked. Felt flat and out of shape. Was going to do the Franklin loop to get some hills but there was roadwork on 21 and I didn't want to risk running down 21 for a mile so I turned left.
