GR: 2.50. SLP: 7. RFT: 42. H: 49%(C). Longer run on a shiny day. Saw and talked with Pat the walker in my last mile. I can tell that I'm really out of normal condition with the mile-per-day plan I was on because of the injury. But, hope it will get better now that I'm approaching normalcy. Ran with Rainbow and Season to cap off the run finishing my 44th year of the streak. It was a photo op.
