GR: 1.50. SLP: 6. RFT: 48. H: 71%(C). Best run in a long time even though it was very slow. Nothing hurt. Weather temperate. Favorite running venue...Trion, GA. Will go to clinic in Chattanooga, a running symposium, sponsored by The Center for Sports Medicine and Orthopedics.
Wore the Epson GPS SF 510 after inputting some settings. All I want is to measure distance. Got that done. Now to get it displayed in a single line without time or pace showing. Will work on it after the clinic.
