okay, decided to do this little route while I am getting used to the intermittent fasting, which is going well by the way. So I felt alright, a bit head-achy but that was more likely from not getting to sleep until about 3 am and having allergies: gotta take that pill. It was nice and I was alright on the uphill proving that it was the distance making the efforts tougher when I was doing the key bridge route. this is a good little route for any day I need to get out and can't bring myself ot do a big run. Any run is a good run.
