6:00 mins to start of Melton Gdns running v easy HR <= 120
40:00 mins As per Rachel's plan Z2&3 3:1
(NB Morrisons + 1.2 laps around the block)
Z2 up to 135 (ideally 132)
Z3 up to 150 (ideally 145)
Lots of wild fluctuations on HR monitor, so either running too easy or too hard most of the time.
Z5 & Z4 for last two higher intervals!
I think I was going too fast in some of the Z3 intervals.
7:36 cool down + 40:00 until HR < 65 => RECOVERY approx 48 mins! Thus I probably did work too hard!
Go slower next time!!!
