Legs tired. RHR was 45 when I woke. Normally it's 40!
As soon as I set off, even going v.v.slowly I felt tired.
So...not my best session.
7 mins gentle jogging / walking to start...
30 mins as per Rachel's plan..."Z2&3 ln Z3"
Faster for last mile...I'd guess around 8 min / mile pace but legs soon got v.heavy & couldn't sprint up Selby Rd.
Walked most of cool-down. HR was around 175 when I stopped running. Still at 113 when I got back to house after 1 lap around the block, mostly walking.
Recovery approx 2hr 30! This proves I'm not OK today.
