Won the Mascoutah Meltdown 5km! Measured the course at 3.20, had Garmin splits of 5:32.7/5:28.4/5:15.3...My fastest last mile in a 5km....would have been very close to a PR on true 5km course...3 mile split of 16:16.4, great job today!
