I wore my watch, splits: 6:20, 6:55, 6:42
I did not look at it during the race i just wanted to see how my pace was during the race.
I started off pretty comfortable pace and felt like I was in a good place half way through. Tried to move up. The last 600 meters tried to kick. Next time I want to work on the middle portion of the race more and making moves after half way.
