15 mins easy, 20 min tempo, 15ish mins cool down back to house.
tempo average was 7:40 pace, in the beginning it was 7:30 :) and the end was 7:50:(
Very very hot and humid not really any shade. The beginning started off good but it kept getting hotter and the second half of the run started getting slower even though i still felt like I was going the same pace. 1 mile into the tempo there was a tractor crossing locking the whole road causing a traffic jam so i had to walk around the mess of cars. After the tempo I saw a giant snapping turtle and sat next to it for a min.
