The first nation's opening ceremony stole my heart. Being a descendant of a first nation in my country I felt touched that Canada would assign the important role of welcoming the people from around the world to their first nations. What a victory for the first nations from around the world.
My plan for the weekend: Eat a lot, run and ski to my heart's content. Cook a turkey, two hams, a big bowl of tabbouleh salad and green salad for a dear friend's 50th b-day on Sunday. Oh!!! since there will be a music band at the party, I guess I will be doing some dancing too.
BTW, my little bf's b-day's party was a blast. The sad news is that the family is moving away in a month...I will sure miss my two little gf and my little bf. I was the birth coach to their mama.(my personal family doc.)..I will miss them and their sweet parent.
