I used these in the BarcBarc gym, only on the treadmill, and only for 2 miles at a workout. They were just fine there.
But when I brought them home and used them for longer runs on the canal.. bad news.. the last is too straight.. and it makes my left big toe thingy rub badly against the shoe's toebox. Twice this happened so bad I got a long, tubular blister along the thingy of my big toe. :-( |
