Good run, felt relatively effortless to hold the 9:20ish pace. The 8:12 pace for the 1.2 miles or so was also quite comfortable, but not effortless. Will gauge my HM goal pace after the 5 mile race this Sunday.
Ate a couple of lemon-lime shot bloks before the run, starting getting uncomfortable @ mile 6. Don't know if it was the shot bloks or the peanuts I had been eating at work. Need to try shot bloks again on my next long run, if my stomach bothers me again I will need to try something else after the HM.
