Terrain: Asphalt, Concrete
Notes: Start at the base of the old hill track, head over Shunkodai, down thru Kitano and swing right for the long haul up into Takasu town.
Turn right again at the Bus Station and head along past my old house, and up the long hill leading back to the Kanjosen.
Turn at the top of the hill and head back into Takasu, swing left and go long straight down past the Melody Hall, back into Kitano for a loop through the neighborhood and admire the gazebo I built with Dan back in '01.
Back up and over the 1st hill, and turn right into the tunnel for only about 60m or so because it's too intense.
Back to the car and 18k done.
