Hilly long run. Feel very heavy after yesterday's smash fest, difficult getting moving, even at 5:00 pace.
First 40mins sore and heavy, middle 40mins found some rhythm, last 40mins a mess getting home.
Happy to cap off a decent running week - legs will be stronger for it.
