Training not been going well, feeling a long way from where I wanted to be at by now. Worrying that this shin splinty thing doesn't turn into a stress fractury thing has left me wondering what do to.
Decided just gonna try and run through it. If it gets worse, I'll deal with it then - fingers crossed.
Planned an ez one, but felt good and ripped out to NGF hitting 4:15s for the first 7k, then mellowed back to 4:45s back to the car.
