Calves are still burning after Wednesday's 22, so after 4 hours on a bus and a quick escape from the Big Smoke I thought I'd work the fire through with a Kru-z 7k. It's a good distance because it racks up my big, wait for it.....1000k in the same pair of shoes~!!! The legs still burnt the whole way, and I feel like I'm running barefoot these days. Just gotta grin and bear it till the shipment arrives.
Oh yeah, and now a brutha's as LEGAL as Stayne's Peppy kiddys will be in about 12 years from now!!! Been a long time coming....
