1k @ 7 min pace.
9k @ 5 min pace.
Felt tired this morning, but got better as I ran. Wasn't working too hard, keeping HR between 167-174, but somewhere between 8k & 9k, suddenly jumped to the mid 180s, not sure why, just for a couple hundred meters, then back to normal.
Still feeling a lot of pain in my knee from the 'handstand incident', but it seems to pass after I warm up. Tired this week too from lots of hiking in the Kamui backcountry, and working hard on the Phat Air jumps. Might not get a good long run in, save it for next week.
