Still tender in the leg/knee, but to impatient as usual (wait for pain and complaining tomorrow) and ended up finding some new trails through the forest below home and across some lush fields - reminded me of the days Snoo and I hated each other and used to spit on one another back in the old cross country days! Isn't today National Green Split day?? Time for cartwheels...
