Sick sick trials around the campsite in Kuromatsunai! Coach had already blasted out close to 20k early in the morning, then looped back to camp to pick me up for another 8k! Nice and cruisy with him as the swack starting laying on thick in the heat.
Post run skate sesh was awesome, as was the swim in the ocean, as was the grabbin' of fresh sea urchin, as was the hike down the steep gorge to that amazing waterfall, as was the run back up the gorge (almost killed me). But highlight of the weekend was definately the uphill tow-ins on the longboard!
Best weekend in a long time - but now it's all about the PS3 - cheers boys!
