Following coach's orders;

15min ez w-u

8 x 40sec hard all-out (av. 3:04 - 3:16 pace!) + ez recovery back to start

10min ez c-d up the hill to home.

So many benefits from this workout apparently - right now the biggest benefit is a sofa and tv.
