Felt a little pain, especially on the last interval, but I didn't max my HR, didn't really come close, max of 187bpm. What would happen if I stepped it up a little? Too scared of blowing out something though...

I don't understand the auto calculations here, best just to read the stats. How good is this, so many stats to look at, the only reason I run is for the stats.
