Up at 4:30am to see the Ironman from halfway thru the bike - just AMAZING!! Crowie ran a 2:45 to take it for Australia! Unreal run, stacked field, harsh conditions...
All inspired and out the door for a run in the typhoon.
Kept it mellow the whole way and took in the scenery - lots of new snow on Yotei.
Back home to watch the age groupers come home into the night...
