Notes
First group ride for 2010. Lacking energy after a whole day sick in bed yesterday, but got out the door into the sun, and through this.
Highlight was the ridiculously steep back road up to Windsor Hotel, maxed out at 18% and I was close to vomiting, but got to the top in 3rd place out of the 11 of us - not that I'm keeping score! Definitely the steepest climb ever for me.
Headwinds were super strong, and never seemed to pickup a tailwind.
Tired, but feeling solid after all that work.
