1200's today. I was super happy with this workout. I ran just one group down and I felt pretty good. I had some stomach issues but once I went to the bathroom I felt amazing. I got in 7 of these. I regret not doing 8 but at the moment I did not want to push it especially considering that only a few days prior I was biking because of my adductor. I hit these in decent time. The splits are as follows:
1- 4:37.36 (way to slow for me, I ran with a group way lower than I should have- I moved up after this one)
2- 4:27.47 still way to slow but the group got pacing down after this.
3- 4:22.3
4- 4:15.6
5- 4:17.89
6- 4:16.92
-Bathroom so 2 min in between instead of 1 min. not ideal but unavoidable
7- 4:14.6
