200's today. Woke up late but just nearly made it to practice. For this workout, I tried super hard to drive with my legs more than my arms. Kennedy has been telling that I drive too much with my arms so Im working on that. I ran these pretty well, and I was very happy with the overall workout. splits below - also did mile warmup and 4 miles after the 200's.
