This may have been as bad as or worse that Englewood 5K.. it's all hills. Ran okay considering 200 days of no racing. I went out and found myself in 2nd behind Paul. I ran pretty much in fear of what was behind me. I ran a quick first mile 5:32 I think but it was mostly downhill, then I did the uphill at Wright State (part of the AF5K) I pushed through that, made a small loop and then back down the same way we came. I ran a horrible and costly/careful 2nd mile at 6:30 and then had a flat section before climbing back up the hill to the finish at ~6:02. I couldn't breath, nose closed shut, suffocated a bit and need to fix that. Held off and was 2nd overall. Nice to bust the rust off on this race and hopefully get back to it.
