Notes
Windy, 34 degrees, 24 w/ Wind Chill. Chest was tight/cold trying to do these, I think I should have ran a longer warmup, but I was already sort of dead leg from the start.
6:02, 00, 5:53, 6:01, 6:08, 6:12 --called it there as it was originally a 7x1 but my Hr was too high to be considered tempo... wind and conditions I think just beat me down and the hydration/diet to start didn't help me any at all. On top of that I usually don't do evening runs so I was a little out of my element as well.
Overall I think I got a decent workout in, but it just feels defeating at the moment.
