CSRC XC Alumni Race - A Lot of fun, didn't run I feel like the best, but I gave a good effort, placed 2nd for Covington. I will have to train more in June next year so I can do better at this one. I will have to say I was resting on my laurels over the past month since Lou Cox but this was a good wake up call. It was nice to see Foster and Steve Dunn. I ran with his son who was 2 when I graduated, and Matt Downing (94') and the Meredith twins.
We finished 3rd overall as a team, I think we can do much better next year!
We shut the place down as the last team still telling stories and hanging out after the event, such a good time, I miss those old days.
