Good first mile, 2nd mile the hills took a bit out of me, and the last mile first hill to get back onto 122 just tapped me out, I didn't have the give a crap to keep pushing once I got on that road and into the school grounds. My fault, I lost the sub 17 partially out of not digging deep enough and partially tired legs from last Sunday, lack of speed work, and 1st 5K of the year.
