Hip acted up today, easy 7 miles with Vido...
Sore on left side around the hip flexor... I walked, stretched, lacross ball, scraped, self massaged, ibuprofen, and iced 2x. I think that's the best I can do, I didn't over stretch.. just wanted to get some flex in the muscle and work on it.
11pm, still tender, hoping for the best tomorrow AM. I should have stretched more after the run on sat, and did more on sunday.
