Watched died towards the end but it was another sub 7 minute mile. Didn't feel real good today but I was focusing on my stride and posture while running. Keeping shorter strides. Had a pain in my right foot in between my big toe and first toe ... little odd sensation. Hopefully that goes away for tomorrow.
