Charleston Falls 5K+ ... Good effort, hot and humid, still don't have any pep in my step, I just don't feel like I'm going fast but hopefully going to start addressing this with weekly speed work again. Leaders went the wrong way and as such we ran quite a bit extra mileage. They fixed it on the second loop, which I should have guessed the first time around. Either way I ended up third place.
