Been working on my "runner's knee" (self diagnosed). I iced my knee three times yesterday and did some foam rolling today and it really made a difference. Even starting out I didn't have to hobble along for the first mile. I was able to run fairly well on pace. After the run today I also iced it / rollled it to loosen things up. I need to stay on this among other things in prep for Boston. I want my legs to be super loose and limber before Boston. Good run today.
