Very well executed race, thought I was in 17:45 shape and was right on target for that. 5:46, 5:47, 5:41 and the course was a bit short however they did make us run on the sidewalk which really sucks for speed, but overall I picked up 1 spot in the staggered start and seeded 4th but got 3rd overall. I can run 5K's like this, it's not nearly as painful when you run smart. Happy with this almost 41 yr old performance
