Felt like this should have been a bit faster, I felt controlled on the first couple miles however it just seemed that I couldn't maintain this for a long time... I just sort of leveled out and my HR was starting to rise quick, it got hot and muggy about mile 2-3. It was a good workout which was the main goal today.
2nd overall, Andy was first.
