Well interesting run, we had Ava on Thursday afternoon, didn't get a lot of sleep. Nicole approved of the run, I decided to run the race and run as "on feel" as I could. My first couple miles set the tone for the pace and I stuck with it, I really did start feeling it around mile 8 but ended up being able to hold the pace and finish respectfully and FINALLY placed in my division (now makes 1/2, 10k, and 5K... looks like marathon is left!)
