I really thought it was a joke when I read the workout today. I wasn't really mentally prepared nor was I ready for the time commitment that was required that was on the schedule. This is a new plan that I'm doing for 6 weeks that's speed oriented. I was supposed to do 14-16 400's today but I only had about an hour to hour and 10 minutes to complete.
