Felt good, strong on the cruise intervals, didn't really feel too taxing but accumulated fatigue on number 7-8. I have typically done 6 x 1000 so this was a nice stretch from the norm. Got in quite a few miles, which I'm finding is pretty standard for my Tuesday quality workouts.
