1.25 warmup, 8x1000m w/ 1 min rests, .87 mile cooldown.
Good and hard workout, I was tired/sluggish today but the first one woke me up. I just kept telling myself if it is hurting I'm going to fast, so I kept it "comfortably hard" and tried not to look at the watch too much the last 4-5 of them. I was staying relatively consistent, the 1 slow one I had (6th on I believe) had a lot of turns and slight incline so it was 1-2 seconds slower which is to be expected.
