Warmup 1m, 3x1000 @ T pace w/ ~2.5 mile jog in between (probably a bit longer than needed)

Watch died. Switched to Strava for 2 x 1000 at Interval speed ~ 5:45 ish, then 4 x 200 @ 40 sec each about 5:15 pace.
