4 sets of 2x200/1x400s + warmup and cooldown. (40/80, none went over, 200's were a bit fast and the 400's were right about perfect.)

Seems to go so fast, I would probably do more of these if I wanted to exceed the 5% of the weekly mileage.

That starts this week so I should start to build a little bit.
