Started off feeling like... oh hey 5:33 pace it's so easy... then I got .75 miles in and said.. wow 5:33 pace should feel easier. I got to 1.5 and was pretty much was done with this shit. I survived the last 1.5 miles. I am not cut out for speed at the moment. I need to get out and do the work (which was about what I was going to do anyway) this definitely serves as a good starting point for 2018 5Ks.
