Warm day but better than it has been. 2 mile easy start + 2 miles at goal pace 6:35 then 1 mile at 6:00 (the first two miles seemed pretty painless but the 6:00 still feel like I'm just pushing it harder than I should. I hope this gets easier with practice... I need to work on threshold training as my #1 goal the rest of the year.
