Notes
Ran very comfortable and settled in on a good first mile. Made the hairpin turnaround still feeling pretty confident, by mile 2 I knew I was running a good time and ran very strong last mile and going downhill, on to the track, and strong finish. I couldn't believe it... 16:47 (certified course) and ran my 3rd fastest 5K ever and fastest in 3 years.
Yogurt for breakfast with honey, almonds, raspberries, walnuts, cranberries and flax seed.
Light warmup 2 miles, couple bathroom breaks, included some stretching exercises during my walking warm up before.
